Building on an international network of cluster partners is an important part of Cap Digital’s core activities. The growing global Digital Creation Content and Knowledge Management industry is estimated at €300 billion. Within this context, the cluster has set out for itself three key objectives this year:
- Promote and generate awareness of the cluster and its community
- Develop and build stronger international partnerships
- Monitor and gather market intelligence on the competitive landscape of the digital industry
- European research initiatives in ICT via programmes like EUREKA and IST.
- Cluster partnership with California, home to Hollywood’s principal movie studios.
- Cluster partnership with Seoul, the market with the highest degree of internet broadband penetration in the world, and it is also one of the hotspots for online video-gaming growth and development.
