Governing Structure
Cap Digital is a non-profit cluster organisation funded in part (20%) by annual member subscriptions and to a larger part (80%) by regional and state sponsors. The plan is to eventually balance off funding from public sources with equal funding from private sources by enlarging its membership base. The cluster is governed through three main structures, officially completed with a permanent secretariat in place, early 2006:
- Administrative Council (AC)
- Executive Committee (EC)
- Executive Secretariat (ES)
- Thematic Commissions (TC)
